Premier League giants, Arsenal, are planning a shocking move for Real Madrid superstar. Reports from England suggest that Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger wants to replace an aging Petr Cech with Real Madrid shot-stopper Keylor Navas.
The Frenchman wants Navas to replace Cech, with the latter being prone to mistakes this season. On the other hand, Keylor Navas is in a very confusing situation at the Spanish capital, and reportedly wants a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu.
It is believed that club President Florentino Perez wants to make a statement signing in the upcoming transfer windows, after the club did not make any significant buy in the past two summer windows.
The lack of a big name between the sticks for Real Madrid has disturbed Perez, who has long been linked with the likes of Premier League superstars, David de Gea and Thibaut Courtois.
Even though Keylor Navas is currently sidelined due to an injury, the Costa Rican international has performed decently in his 6 league outings so far this season.
Spanish outlet, Diario Gol, claims that the 30-year-old is frustrated with the Los Blancos, and does not trust the club with his future.
Real Madrid have been consistently linked with Manchester United shotstopper David de Gea over the past few years, and reports further link the club and the goalkeeper. Reports claim that de Gea wants to return to his homeland of Spain, and he will certainly not get a better option than Real Madrid if he is to leave Old Trafford.
